The best and most simple Relaxation Techniques

The best  way to relax is always focusing on the breath. It is so simple. Its funny breathing is the last thing that you think about when your stressed and it should be the first.

So this is what I recommend you do the next time you’re feeling just a little overwhelmed. “Focus on the breath out”, that’s it, that’s all you have to do, it is that easy and simple to incorporate this techniques into your day.

The reason these relaxation techniques work

When you are focusing on your breath going out you are focusing on release. Your body is constantly reminding you to let go. Every breath is a reminder to just let go. Listen to your body!

I have found through much observation of self and others that when we are in deep thought or thinking hard about something we tend to hold our breath or just breathe very shallow. This stops the body from its natural process of release. This is why it is important to be conscious of your breath and to make sure that you are breathing at all times. It is good practice to stop what you’re doing every now and then and just focus on the breath and letting go.

Relaxation techniques will help you be a calmer person.
